- Facing west, step R onto board (1)
- Swing L leg behind in a glute squeeze to opposite side (2)
- Exit LR on the north side of the board (3, 4)
- If this move is immediately repeated, you will step L, still facting west
Note
I break this move down by first teaching alternating knees, then turning that into alternating glute squeezes. Finally, I alternate glides off the end of the board.
