This is my blog for recording aerobics choreography.
All the choreography is 32-count and self-repeating. It is transcribed for the right foot; simply reverse it for the left foot. When I indicate a foot, unless I tell you otherwise, this is the foot that steps, as opposed to it doing anything else, such as a knee lift or a kick or whatever.
All Step choreography is tapless. Cross-phrased choreography is so indicated. I name classic steps without breaking them down, so if you don't know what something is, visit Turnstep.com's Dictionary of Moves for an explanation and for illustrations of weight changes. I also assume that the step is horizontal.
R indicates right foot; L, left foot; and (n) either the total number of beats or, in finely granular breakdowns, the number of the beat (usually 1 through 8).
